Cindy Hefner

Cindy Hefner joined LAZ Parking in 2014 as Director of Operations for the Northern California region. She was then promoted to General Manager and is now the Regional Vice President for Northern California.

Cindy Hefner has been in parking for 20 years. She is an accomplished operations executive with hands-on experience in successfully growing sales and revenues, improving customer service, and aggressively controlling expenses in competitive market environments. Cindy has a strong track record in identifying, developing, and executing productivity and system improvements. She offers a wide range of expertise in all areas of parking and has managed many types of properties, including airports, municipal operations, hotels, hospitals, retail, office buildings, stadiums and arenas, mixed use developments, transit systems, and on-street meter operations. Cindy has built a reputation well respected by the clients for excellence in seamless transitions, operational efficiency, implementation of new technology and equipment to maximize revenue. Cindy graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth Texas.
