Kevin Yap

Kevin Yap currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Group Chief Business Officer and Head of the CEO office at Lazada, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives throughout Southeast Asia and developing LazMall's overall strategy. Prior to joining Lazada, Kevin held various significant roles at Shopee, including Head of Retail and Fulfillment, and contributed to the launch of Shopee Poland's business development team. Kevin also drove growth in the Groceries and Pets category during the COVID-19 pandemic at Shopee. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Lead for Tamago Live at Astro and working as a Senior Consultant at Michael Page, where Kevin was recognized as "Pager of the Year" in 2016. Kevin's career began with a graduate traineeship at Mondelēz Malaysia after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Finance from the University of Nottingham.
