Tim Woodforde

Tim Woodforde is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in high-level positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Compliance Committee Member at Lazard Asset Management since 2023 and as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Protecht since 2021, Woodforde previously held significant roles at Equifax from 2014 to 2020, including Director and General Counsel for Australia and New Zealand where responsibilities included chairing the Board and the Risk, Compliance, and Security Committee of Equifax ANZ. Prior experience encompasses being a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2002 to 2014 and at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1996 to 2002. Woodforde holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW, along with a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.
