Ted Lape

Ted Lape is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate banking, private equity, and capital advisory. Currently serving as Principal at Lazear Capital Partners since April 2009, Ted focuses on providing capital and strategic advice to a diverse range of companies, including growing and distressed firms. Previously, as Partner at Talisman Capital Partners, Ted specialized in sourcing and evaluating investments for middle-market companies. Their experience includes senior roles at LaSalle Bank as Senior Vice President and at GE Healthcare Financial Services as Vice President, where Ted delivered tailored financial solutions. Ted holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Economics from Northwestern University.
