Rabiya Samji

Rabiya Samji is an experienced professional with a strong background in client partnerships and user experience. Currently serving as Head of Client Partnerships at Lazer Technologies since October 2025, Rabiya previously worked as a Client Partner at Apply Digital from May 2019 to September 2025, where collaboration with senior stakeholders focused on addressing business challenges and enhancing customer experiences through digital innovation. Rabiya's expertise extends to leading UX teams, as demonstrated in roles as Global Head of UX and Head of User Experience at Apply Digital, and as Head of UX Strategy & Research at Canada Post from February 2016 to April 2019. Additional experience includes positions as an Educator at BrainStation, Senior User Experience Consultant at Phase 5, and Ergonomics/Human Factors Consultant at Human Factors North. Rabiya holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Science in Applied Ergonomics/Human Factors from the University of Nottingham.
