Louie Chavez

Louie Chavez is currently the Director of Operations at Lazo Management. Prior to that, Louie was an intern at Ernst & Young and Hunt Companies, Inc.

At Ernst & Young, Louie worked with their engagement team to build positive relationships and identify discrepancies in control descriptions, types, and frequencies. Louie also assisted with testing controls and rolling forward various planning documents for different compliance audits.

As an intern at Hunt Companies, Louie worked closely with the tax engagement team to review and recalculate totals for 10 tax-return statements daily. Louie also attended executive meetings and spoke about ways to specialize and enhance the company's performance.

Louie's experience at both Ernst & Young and Hunt Companies has given him the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their current position as the Director of Operations at Lazo Management.

Louie Chavez graduated from the Texas McCombs School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting.

Louie Chavez reports to Justin Lazo, Co-Founder. Some direct reports include LX Guest Experience Provider - LX Guest Experience Provider, LX Team Manager - LX Team Manager, and LX District Manager (Every 8 Stores) - LX District Manager. They work with and Christopher Potter - Executive Leader of Talent and Culture.
