Tito Alvarez is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in food service management. Currently serving as Deli Manager and Assistant Food Service Manager at Lazy Acres Market, Inc. since January 2019, Tito has also held the position of Chef Kitchen Manager at LAZY ACRES since May 2017. Prior to these roles, Tito served as Chef at Stacked from July 2016 to April 2017 and spent 18 years at P.F. Chang's, concluding as Executive Chef in June 2016.
