Mariah MacHnikowski

Mariah Machnikowski, SPHR, is an experienced human resources leader with a notable career in various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, Machnikowski previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Tillys. At Bloomin' Brands, Inc., Machnikowski was the Senior Director of Human Resources for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, as well as Director of Human Resources for both Fleming's and Roy's Hawaiian Fusion. Earlier career experience includes multiple roles at Bally Total Fitness, culminating in Senior Human Resources Director, along with positions as Regional Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager.
