Julia Antonova

Julia Antonova has a diverse and extensive work experience. Julia began their career in 2009 as an Assistant of the Department of Psychology at the International Slavic Institute. Julia then joined Agentstvo Zebra as a Recruiter in 2010 and eventually became a member of the Kadrovoe Obedinenie "Metropolis". In 2013, they became an official representative of the "VIZAVI - Metropolis" personnel network. During their time there, they gained expertise in recruiting, executive search, headhunting, and consulting.

In 2016, Julia joined Escalate as the Head of the International Recruitment Unit. Their responsibilities included executive search practice development, account management, new staff adaptation and coaching, and coordinating recruitment projects. Julia worked on large-scale projects across various fields, including CEO, CCO, COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, HRD, HR BP positions, client experience practices, FMCG, retail, finances, facility, telecommunications, and R&D.

Julia's most recent role is as a Talent Acquisition Manager at REMY Robotics, which they joined in 2021.

Julia Antonova attended Karelian State Pedagogical University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a degree as a Certified Specialist in Psychology. Their field of study was focused on psychology and teaching psychology.
