Brendan Verni

Brendan Verni has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Brendan is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at L.B. Foster Company, where they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT across the global enterprise. Brendan joined the company in February 2020. Additionally, Brendan is an Adjunct Professor of Information Technology at Duquesne University Palumbo Donahue School of Business since August 2020.

Prior to their current roles, Brendan served as an ASUG Ambassador at ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group starting from November 2019. In this role, they planned, led, and facilitated member meetings, webinars, and networking events.

From 2013 to 2020, Brendan worked at Arconic, where they held multiple positions. Brendan was the Head of Enterprise Applications/Director Business Systems for Arconic Engineered Structures, managing various systems such as ERP, Quality Management, and Customer Relationship Management. Brendan also served as the Senior Applications Manager, overseeing the Supply Chain Applications Team.

Before Arconic, Brendan was the Senior Manager of Sales and Distribution Business Process at Mine Safety Appliances (MSA) - The Safety Company. Brendan managed the Sales and Distribution business systems support team globally.

From 2010 to 2012, Brendan worked at Joy Global - Global Business Solutions as the SAP Sales and Distribution Applications Manager and CRM Program Manager. Brendan was responsible for managing project and support teams and driving process improvement.

Brendan started their career at Bayer Business Services in 2002, where they held various roles. Brendan served as the SAP FICO Senior Analyst, leading the maintenance of SAP systems in Finance, Controlling, Sales, and Distribution. Brendan was also part of the IT recruiting team and played a crucial role in hiring new employees.
