Duncan Klein

Duncan Klein has a significant amount of work experience in the finance industry. Duncan is currently the Managing Director at LC Lite, a DEFI inspired company that uses Web3 technology to create a new asset class for investors financing SME receivables. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder of LC Lite and played a key role in establishing the company's platform.

Before LC Lite, Duncan worked at Incomlend as the Head of Funding, where they oversaw an online multi-currency invoice exchange platform connecting businesses and private funders. Duncan was responsible for creating a marketplace where suppliers could sell their invoices to willing purchasers in exchange for a discount rate.

Duncan also worked at BondIT Ltd. as the Head of Outbound Product Management. At BondIT, they provided fixed income robo-advisory solutions to financial institutions, bringing portfolio construction and maintenance into the digital age.

Prior to BondIT, Duncan held various positions at MarketAxess, where they served as the Head of Sales, Asia. Duncan was responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Asian market.

Earlier in their career, Duncan worked at J.P. Morgan in multiple roles. Duncan served as the Head of Transition Management Asia, overseeing the growth of transition management in Asia. Duncan also held roles as the co-head of EMEA eCommerce Fixed Income Marketing & Strategy, a Fixed Income Sales & Trading position, and a Fixed Income eCommerce Sales and Marketing role.

Before joining J.P. Morgan, Duncan worked at another location of J.P. Morgan as the European Re-engineering Project Manager, responsible for centralizing European fixed income front office trading teams into a regional hub in London. Duncan also worked as the Fixed Income & FX Sales Middle Office Manager, in Fixed Income Middle Office Operations, and in the French Equities Back office.

Duncan Klein completed a MIT Fintech Course in Future Commerce at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from The American University of Paris from 1987 to 1990. Additionally, they completed their sophomore year in Business Administration and Management at NYU Stern School of Business in 1988.
