Kristina Deboard

Kristina DeBoard has extensive experience in the hospitality and service industry, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor and Ministry Leadership Team and Campus Administrator at LCBC Church since June 2016. Prior roles include Gift Shop Supervisor and Spa Receptionist at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company from June 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities included providing exceptional guest services and managing retail goals. Kristina's background also includes positions at Walt Disney World, where an internship involved main entrance operations at Disney's Animal Kingdom and earlier roles as a Front Desk Agent, in addition to serving as a Retail Area Coordinator at The Hershey Company. Kristina holds three Associate's degrees from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, in Business Administration and Management, Hotel/Motel Administration/Management, and Tourism and Travel Services Management.
