Christine Albert, MBA, MPP, APR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christine has served as the Chief Experience Officer at LCMC Health since January 2023, where they are responsible for enhancing the overall experience for patients and stakeholders. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Marketing and Experience Officer from January 2021 to January 2023.

From December 2018 to December 2020, Christine worked as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at LCMC Health, overseeing strategic marketing initiatives. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Marketing, where they established marketing priorities and collaborated with senior leadership and hospital-based marketing directors to develop comprehensive marketing initiatives.

Before joining LCMC Health, Christine worked at Touro Infirmary, where they served in various roles. From December 2009 to December 2016, they were the Associate Vice President of Marketing Communications. In this role, they implemented a digital marketing strategy and expanded community outreach in partnership with Children's Hospital. From December 2006 to 2009, they served as the Director of Marketing Communications, leading all marketing activities in a financially challenged, post-Katrina environment.

Christine began their career in the public sector, working for the Military Sealift Command, Department of the Navy as a Public Affairs Specialist from March 2006 to November 2006. Christine then moved on to the National Cemetery Administration, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they held several roles from 1999 to 2006. These included acting as a Public Affairs Specialist, where they prepared and disseminated vital information, and as the Public Affairs Specialist for Employee Development & Communications, where they implemented communication strategies and managed publications.

Throughout their career, Christine has demonstrated expertise in marketing, communications, and public affairs. Christine holds an MBA, MPP, and APR certification, which further enhance their qualifications and skills in these areas.

Christine Albert, MBA, MPP, APR, has an extensive education history. Christine holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from LSU Shreveport, where they specialized in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they completed a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree at The George Washington University. At Loyola University New Orleans, Christine obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications/Public Relations and French. Christine also earned a High School Diploma from Ursuline Academy. In 2015, Christine obtained their Accreditation in Public Relations (APR), which was granted by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
