Travonda Williams

Travonda Williams has a diverse range of work experience. In 2012, they began their career as a Patient Access Representative at East Jefferson General Hospital, where they worked until 2015. Travonda then went on to become a Business Owner at FRB MGMT & MLTDA in 2019. Travonda joined Apple Inc in 2020 as an Apple Independent Repair Provider, obtaining certification in iPhone and Mac repairs. In 2021, they worked as a Technician at HelloTech Inc. Following this, in 2022, Travonda was employed as a Web Developer at Upwork. Currently, they are working at LCMC Health as an IT Learning & Development Specialist I, and in the past, they also served as a Revenue Cycle Team Leader at the same company.

Travonda Williams attended Tulane University from 2007 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. In 2022, they pursued a Certification in Full Stack Development from Loyola University New Orleans. Additionally, they enrolled at ENTITY Academy in the same year and is currently pursuing a Software Development Certification in Computer Software Engineering, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In terms of additional certifications, Travonda obtained an Apple Certified Technician for Pro Products certification from Apple in September 2020.
