Richard J. Rouse

Richard J. Rouse is a Senior Advisor to The LCP Group, focused primarily on originating, structuring, and financing investments in single tenant transactions. He brings 50 years of experience to The LCP Group team, having held various positions at Lazard Freres, Eastdil Realty, Merrill Lynch, Lepercq de Neuflize, and Lexington Realty Trust (LXP). At LXP and its predecessor Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, he was one of the founding members of LXP in 1993 and held the position of Chief Investment Officer throughout his 26-year tenure until his retirement in 2019, in addition to at various times serving as a Trustee, Vice Chairman, Co-CEO and President. In September 2011 he was named by Real Estate Forum magazine as one of 65 "Legends and Icons" in the commercial real estate industry and has been a frequent speaker at various real estate-related conferences.

Mr. Rouse received an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA degree from Michigan State University.
