Shilpa Menon

Shilpa Menon is the Senior Director, India at LCR Capital Partners. Prior to this, they were the Vice President, Products & Advisory, Wealth Management at Avendus from December 2017 to April 2021. Before that, they were a Project Manager/Markets Editor at Mindworks Global (MWG) from March 2015 to December 2017.

Shilpa has also worked as a Freelance Trainer and Content Creator at FinShiksha, IMS Proschool from June 2014 to February 2015. Shilpa started their career as an Analyst/Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Nomura from June 2008 to September 2013. Shilpa has also worked as a Summer Intern in Retail Liabilities at Kotak Mahindra Bank from May 2007 to June 2007 and as a Programmer Analyst at Syntel from September 2005 to April 2006.

Shilpa Menon has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in Accounting and Finance. Shilpa also has a B.E. from V.E.S Institute of Technology, Mumbai in Electronics. In addition, they have an HSC from S.I.E.S College of Arts Science & Commerce, Mumbai in Physics, Chem, Maths, Electronics. Finally, they have a SSC from C.G.H.S, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Shilpa is also certified from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Their manager is Suresh Rajan, Executive Chairman & Founder. They are on a team with Victor A. Espinosa - Senior Director, Americas, Matthew Virkstis - Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel, and Sherman Baldwin - CEO.
