Fen Fen Zhou has extensive work experience in tax management and advisory roles. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Consultant & Assistant Manager at KPMG Advisory. Fen Fen then joined IBM as a Tax Advisor from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they became a Tax Manager at Novo Nordisk (China) Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. Following this, they worked at Louis Dreyfus Company as the China/North Asia Tax Manager from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Tax, North Asia at LDC since April 2020.

Fen Fen Zhou pursued their education at Peking University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Anglo-American Literature and Economics in the years 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Anglo-American Literature from the same university, completing their studies between 2002 and 2005. Additionally, Fen Fen Zhou has obtained a certification titled CTA (Certified Tax Agent) from the Association of Certified Tax Agents of China, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification is not provided.
