Zac Linsky

Zac Linsky is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in development and asset management. Currently serving as Development Manager at LDG Development, LLC since October 2019, Zac oversees the entire development lifecycle of apartment communities in Central Ohio, including site selection and financing. Prior to this role, Zac was a Development Analyst at Grosvenor Group, where responsibilities included coordinating design, entitlement, and financing for a major condominium and retail project. Previous experience also includes positions as Asset Management Associate at Carr Properties, Financial Analyst at Property Capital LLC, and Building Rating System Analyst at CoStar Group. Zac began a career in public affairs with internships at the DC City Council and the North of Massachusetts Avenue Business Improvement District. Zac holds an MBA in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
