David L. Wilkinson

David L. Wilkinson is an experienced instructional designer and graphic designer with a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Utah State University. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Priority Dispatch Corporation since August 2024, David has also worked as a freelance graphic designer since January 2019. Prior to this, David held positions at McKinnon-Mulherin Inc. as Project Manager from May 2019 to August 2024, and at Ensign College as Instructional Designer/Team Lead/Project Manager from April 2020 to August 2024. David's early career includes a role as Sr. Broadcast Designer at KSL TV from June 2001 to May 2019, specializing in 2D and 3D graphics. Additional experience includes an instructional design internship at LDS Business College. David excels in relationship building, communication, and mentoring, with a strong proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and After Effects.
