Martin Theis has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Martin began their career in 2003 as an Assistant Director of Room Service at the New York Palace Hotel. Martin then moved on to the Mandarin Oriental, New York, where they served as the Director of In Room Dining and later as the Assistant Banquet Manager. In 2009, Martin joined the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas, where they held various roles, including Director of Banquet Operations and Restaurant Manager of MOzen Bistro. In 2014, they joined Bradley Ogden Hospitality as the Director of Hospitality before transitioning to La Table as the Vice President and General Manager. Currently, Martin works at Le Colonial, where they have held positions such as Director of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, and currently serves as the National Director of Operations.

Martin Theis attended Hofstra University from 1997 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Oxford in 1999 and completed their studies in 2000, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
