Ernesto Uriel Ramírez Yáñez is an accomplished culinary educator with extensive experience in instructing Asian cuisine, specifically from Japan, China, Thailand, and India. Currently serving as Chef Docente at multiple institutions, including Le Cordon Bleu and Kendall UVM since 2014, Ramírez Yáñez has a long-standing commitment to culinary education that dates back to 2004, with roles at several culinary academies and universities. Additionally, from 2007 to 2010, Ramírez Yáñez held the position of Chef Ejecutivo at Wa teppan & sushi bar, where responsibilities included menu design and cost control.
