Elena has held various leadership roles in top luxury hotels in Paris and Barcelona, with expertise in managing sales for different markets including Americas, Russia & CIS, Spain, and Latin America. Elena has a track record of successfully positioning hotels in various markets, launching banquet spaces, and coordinating sales and events. Elena is currently the Executive Director of Sales at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris and a key member of the Executive Committee.
