Kelsey Waugh is a seasoned professional in transportation engineering and data analytics with extensive experience in various aspects of transportation planning and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Analytics at LEA Group, Kelsey leads the Data Analytics team within the Transportation Practice Area, directing staff and ensuring timely project delivery. Previous roles include Transportation Engineer and Transportation Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed transportation planning, data collection, and impactful stakeholder communication. Kelsey has also held positions with notable organizations including the City of Toronto and City of Burlington, contributing to significant projects like the Transportation Master Plan. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
