Armand L. has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Armand began their career in 2002 as a Human Resources Consultant at Wells Fargo Services Tempe Operations Center, where they coached managers on HR needs and led project teams to produce results. In 2009, they were promoted to Senior Human Resources Consultant, AVP, Small Business Lending at Wells Fargo, where they consulted proactively with all small business lending management levels and was recognized by clients and awarded the 2010 Top Performer Sales and Service Award. In 2018, Armand L. joined Employers Council as a Human Resources Consultant.

Armand L. has a Masters of Education from Northern Arizona University with a Counseling Human Relations Emphasis in support of Employee Relations Skills. Armand also has post-graduate work from Arizona State University equivalent to a Human Resources Major. Armand's undergraduate degree is from Western Michigan University, where they majored in Business Administration and Management and minored in Business Communications. Armand also has some post-secondary education from Kettering University in Mechanical Engineering. Armand holds two certifications, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in December 1995, and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management obtained in April 2015.
