Hannah Rich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hannah started their career as an Assistant Manager at Valentino's in 2010 and then worked as a Floating Baker at B&R Stores, Inc. from 2013 to 2014. Hannah then transitioned into the field of Human Resources, working as a Human Resources Generalist II at Hamilton Relay from July 2017 to January 2018. Following that, they joined United Transport, Inc. as a Human Resources employee from December 2014 to July 2017.

In 2018, Hannah joined Wichita State University and held two roles during their tenure. Hannah first worked as a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator from May 2018 to February 2020, where they managed benefits programs and served as the primary point of contact for employees. Hannah then became a Human Resources Specialist | Leave Administration from February 2020 to November 2021, where they handled administration of leave functions and managed confidential medical information.

From November 2021 to March 2023, Hannah worked at GreenOak Accounting LLC as a Business Operations Manager. Their primary responsibilities included supporting managers and service teams during a period of onboarding new clients and redesigning processes to improve workflows and increase automation.

Currently, Hannah is working as a Human Resources Consultant at Employers Council, starting in April 2023.

Hannah Rich completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a major in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2007 to 2014. During the same period, they also attended Southeast Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Foodservice/Hospitality, specializing in Culinary Arts & Foodservice Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Hannah obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Hannah also achieved a Microsoft Office Power User certification from Wichita State University in March 2019. Furthermore, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2020.
