Michelle Harte

Michelle Harte has over 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field. In 2022, they began working as an HRPS Consultant for Employers Council. From 2017 to present, they have been a Human Resources Manager at Blue Federal Credit Union, where they work with management providing employee relations advice and direction regarding employee issues, responding to employee inquiries, and conducting workplace investigations. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Human Resources Consultant for Self-Employed. From 2006 to 2017, they were the Regional Director of Human Resources for IPC Healthcare, Inc., where they were responsible for coordinating recruiting activities and directing new hire onboarding. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Human Resources Manager for Spivack Vision Center. From 2003 to 2004, they were the Grant Administrator for The Denver Hospice, administering a $500,000 grant to establish the Life Quality Institute. Finally, from 2003 to 2004, they were the Executive Assistant/HR Coordinator for Spivack Vision Center.

Michelle Harte obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Colorado State University. In November 2015, they earned their Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (PHR\u00ae) certification from HRCI. Michelle renewed their Professional in Human Resources (PHR\u00ae) certification in November 2018 from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
