Darshil Babel

Darshil Babel is a Senior Engineering Manager at LEAD School since August 2020, where leadership skills are applied to manage an Academic tribe of over 25 members. Previously, Darshil served as a Senior Software Engineer at Turtlemint, leading the Health Insurance vertical, and as a Software Development Engineer II at Aasaanjobs.com, where a complete Recommendation system was developed using Neo4j and Elasticsearch. Earlier roles include Principal Engineer at Niki.ai, focusing on Dialogue Management, Recommendation Engines, and NLP technologies, as well as Associate Software Engineer at UnitedHealth Group and an internship at Altair, where graphical data presentation was improved. Darshil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore.
