Harshit Bhargava

Harshit Bhargava is an experienced academic professional currently serving as an Academic Excellence Manager at LEAD School since February 2022. In this role, Harshit manages and trains over 25 school leaders, 50 academic coordinators, and more than 400 teachers, achieving a significant student mastery rate of 70% and a retention rate of 115%. Prior to this, Harshit held the position of Academic Manager at LIDO, overseeing a team of 18 tutors and maintaining a customer base of over 200 students with more than 80% retention.
