Mark Curtiss is the current President at Lead Staffing, LLC. Mark has an extensive background in the staffing industry, having previously served as the President of Skilled Services from 1997 to 2008. During their time at Skilled Services, they were responsible for leading the company to become one of the largest providers of fully skilled and equipped construction personnel in six states. In 2007, they sold Skilled Services to CLP, a division of True-Blue, and was appointed to lead their commercial drivers division, Transportation Logistics Company.

From 2008 to 2010, Mark Curtiss owned and operated MacDill Capital Partners, an investment and advisory firm specializing in the acquisition of performing and non-performing real estate and loans secured by real estate. During this time, their focus was on the purchase of incoming producing properties with an emphasis on recreational marinas within the State of Florida.

Prior to their career in staffing and investment, Mark Curtiss worked in commercial banking from 1986 to 1997. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the financial industry that would later prove to be beneficial in their future endeavors.

Mark Curtiss

Alan Biliti is the Sales and Recruiting Manager for the Marine Division at [Lead Staffing, LLC](/org/lead-staffing-llc). Alan was previously the On Site Supervisor for Master Service Provider (MSP) at NSC Technologies, LLC from September 2014 to March 2018. Before that, they served in the United States Navy as a Gas Systems Mechanic from January 2006 to December 2010. Alan is skilled in corrective and preventive maintenance on two LM2500 Gas Turbines, fuel transfer, service, and JP-5 systems and associated support equipment. Alan is also able to transfer and test quality of shipboard fuel and lube oils.

Alan Biliti earned their Bachelor's degree in Television, Film, & New Media from [San Diego State University](/org/san-diego-state-university). Alan then transferred to San Diego Mesa College to study Television, Film, & New Media.

They work with Carlos Odell - Branch Manager, Palm Beach Gardens, Barbara Lopez - Regional Manager, Corpus Christi, TX, and Dale Murphy - Regional Manager, Dallas|Ft. Worth, TX. Their manager is Mark Curtiss, President.

Alan Biliti

Tony Rodriguez is currently a Senior Project Coordinator in Southern California for [Lead Staffing, LLC](/org/lead-staffing-llc). Prior to their current position, Tony was a software architect and senior web developer for Toyota Motor Credit Corporation from 1997 to 1999. Tony also worked as a software developer for Computer Science Corporation in 1995. In 2000, Tony became the Chief Web Architect and Development Team Lead for DNA Web Solutions, Inc., where they were responsible for building a new dev team and stabilizing an existing eCommerce site. Tony is also the founder of Givell Consulting Group, LLC, where they served as the Director of Software Development, Chief Solutions Architect, and Principal Consultant.

Their manager is Mark Curtiss, President. Tony Rodriguez works with Ray Lowery - Market Manager, New York/New Jersey, Barbara Lopez - Regional Manager, Corpus Christi, TX, and Michael Voeller - Account Executive, Washington Division.
