Laura Honkanen

Laura Honkanen started their career in 2011 as a Survey Interviewer at Norstat Finland. Laura then worked as a Salesperson at Alko Oy in 2011 and 2013. In 2012, they worked as a Cafeteria Worker at Nelinpeli Oy. From 2011 to 2014, Laura held various positions such as Salesperson/Customer Service at Marina Merilokki Oy and Project Coordinator at KontaktiVerkko Suomi Oy, where they were responsible for networking, organizing events, conducting market surveys, and working on customer product development projects. In 2017, they became an HR Consultant at Uniflex Suomi Oy, one of the leading recruitment agencies in Scandinavia. Currently, Laura is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at LeadDesk, a fast-growing software company listed on Nasdaq First North. Their role involves accelerating the company's growth through talent acquisition.

Laura Honkanen obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Lahti University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Laura then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained certifications in Cut-e Online Assessment from cut-e an Aon company in April 2020, and Open Water Diver from PADI in August 2016.
