Shirrish Bet

Shirrish Bet has an extensive work experience in quality assurance and management roles. They currently serve as the Head of Quality Assurance at Leader Investment Group - LIG, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, Shirrish worked as the Head of Quality Assurance at Emxcel from January 2020 to April 2021. They also held the role of Quality Assurance Manager at Ayopop Technology India Pvt Ltd from April 2019 to December 2019.

Shirrish's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior QA Manager at Codal Inc. from April 2017 to September 2018, where they managed a team of QA professionals and focused on performance tuning and system parameters. They also worked as a Lead QA Analyst at Prohaktiv from October 2015 to April 2016, and as a QA Lead at REI Systems from September 2014 to August 2015.

Additionally, Shirrish had substantial experience as a QA Team Lead at Xento Systems Pvt. Ltd from November 2010 to August 2014, and as a Team Lead Software Testing at Sparsh BPO Services from September 2009 to November 2010. They started their career as a Senior Software Tester at Sparsh BPO Services from September 2005 to June 2008.

Shirrish Bet obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Osmania University from 1998 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Shirrish Bet has obtained various certifications including Technical Writing, Intelligence Analyst Certified (IAC), Project Management Essentials Certified, The Five-Step Creative Process, International Product Owner Foundation, Digital Marketing Associate, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified from different institutions such as Udemy, Management and Strategy Institute, LinkedIn, www.scrum.as, and VMEdu Inc. These certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2021.
