Jessica Porter

Jessica Porter has extensive experience in the financial and hospitality industries, currently serving as the Executive Administrator and Business Development professional for the Kansas City Division at LeaderOne Financial since February 2017. In this role, Jessica focuses on identifying talented individuals committed to assisting clients with their mortgage needs, manages daily operations, supports staff, and oversees social media efforts. Prior to this position, Jessica worked at J. Alexander's Restaurants from 2004 to 2015 in various roles, including Bartender, Server, and Host. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Ottawa University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
