Senior Director, Coaching at Leadership for Educational Equity

Rocaille Roberts, MPH has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Rocaille is currently serving as a Program Officer at The George Foundation, where they manage a cross-sector portfolio of grant investments in education, health, human services, and community enhancements. Prior to this, Rocaille worked as an Independent Consultant and provided consulting services. Rocaille also held the position of Senior Director, Coaching at Leadership for Educational Equity.

Earlier in their career, Rocaille worked at Harris County Public Health as the Director of the Office of Policy and Planning. During their time there, they led assessment, strategy and policy development, planning, and evaluation activities to enhance health and quality of life for Harris County residents. Rocaille was also involved in cross-sector strategic partnerships and analysis of trends. Rocaille served as a Liaison Officer on the National Incident Management System Command Staff, as well as the Founding Director and Co-Director of Healthy Living Matters. Rocaille also worked as a Senior Public Health Analyst/Public Health Analyst and Program Development Coordinator-Quality Management, HIV Services at Harris County Public Health.

Before joining Harris County Public Health, Rocaille was the HIV/AIDS Program Coordinator at Marion County Health Department. Rocaille began their career as a Loaned Associate at United Way of Central Indiana and later worked as a Health Care Policy & Reimbursement Consultant at Myers and Stauffer LC.

Rocaille Roberts, MPH, obtained their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree specializing in Health Services Management and Policy from The Ohio State University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Louisiana State University from 1995 to 1999.
