Mohammed Sqalli Houssaini, PhD, CPC, ELI-MP

Mohammed Sqalli Houssaini, PhD, CPC, ELI-MP has extensive experience in the professional world. Mohammed began their career in 1992 as a Software Engineer at Direction du Trésor et des Finances Extérieures (DTFE), Ministère des Finances in Rabat. In 1996, they moved to the United States and worked as a Research and Project Assistant at the ATM Consortium in the UNH InterOperability Lab. In 1999, they became a Senior Automation Testing Specialist at Siemens - Mobile - Telecom Innovation Centre in Canada. In 2002, they returned to Morocco and worked as an Assistant Professor at KFUPM, where they supervised a PhD student and was the Principal Investigator of a research project sponsored by King AbdulAziz City for Science & Technology (KACST). In 2014, they began working as a Franchisee and Executive Leadership Coach at Leadership Management International, Inc. and as a Visiting Professor at Mundiapolis University. Mohammed also founded SQALLI PRO, where they served as Managing Director and was responsible for Leadership Management International Licensee, Professional Development, Effective Productivity, and Leadership Management. In 2018, they co-founded RoboTalent and served as General Manager. In 2020, they became an AddingZEROS Certified Facilitator.

Mohammed Sqalli Houssaini, PhD, CPC, ELI-MP has a comprehensive educational background. Mohammed obtained their Ingenieur d'Etat from Ecole Mohammadia D'Ingenieurs in 1992, their Master of Science (M.S.) from University of New Hampshire in 1996, and their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from University of New Hampshire in 2002. In 2017, they obtained their ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index - Master Practitioner) Certification from iPEC Coaching. In 2019, they obtained their Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching. In 2020, they obtained their Emotional Intelligence Training from Goleman EI and their Certified Facilitator from AddingZEROS. In 2022, they obtained their Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach from Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI). Mohammed also obtained their LMI Licensee from Leadership Management International, Inc. in 2014.
