Regina Reke

Regina Reke has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Regina started their career as an Assistant to the Sales Director at SIA Domenikss, where they assisted in managing the sales department. Regina then moved on to Lux Express Group, where they served as a Sales Manager, responsible for hiring, training, and developing the sales team.

Regina later transitioned to the role of Product Manager at Lux Express Group, where they conducted competitive market research and analysis and worked on developing the Customer Experience Book. Regina then joined GMN GROUP Pty Ltd as a Project Manager and Booking.com as an Account Manager for Latvia and Estonia, where they effectively communicated with partners, built productive relationships, and achieved significant sales growth and cooperation satisfaction.

In 2015, Regina became the Chief Executive Officer of BALTIE, a premium car showroom in Riga, Latvia. Regina developed business strategies and operational plans to establish a niche market and ensure high customer service standards.

Regina's next role was as a Business Trainer and Consultant at WIN partners, a business consultation and training company. Regina provided customized training solutions for teams and businesses, focusing on areas such as business effectiveness, client experience, team building, leadership, and sales skills.

Most recently, Regina joined the Leadership Pipeline Institute as an Executive Consultant. Regina contributes to the organization's mission of supporting organizations in building a qualified leadership pipeline and transforming them into talent factories.

Throughout their career, Regina has demonstrated effective leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach. Regina has also excelled in building relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering impactful training solutions.

Regina Reke completed their Bachelor's degree from Rigas Pedagogijas un Izglitibas Vadibas Augstskola between 1995 and 2002. Additionally, they pursued German studies at the University of Cologne from 1999 to 2001. In terms of certifications, Regina obtained the Exponential Coach certification from Mindvalley in February 2022, the Leading Others certification from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in December 2020, and the DiSC® International Certified Trainer certification from IPB Partners in April 2017.
