Samantha Wasserman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Samantha currently serves as the Partner & Vice President for the Leadership Pipeline Institute, focusing on talent development programs on the U.S. West Coast. In 2022, they became a Member of the Consortium for Change.

Prior to their current roles, Samantha held the position of President & Chief Leadership Growth Officer at Growth Curve Consulting & Coaching since 2006. In this role, they provided leadership and strategic advisory services to CEOs, executives, and leadership teams to accelerate business growth. Their expertise included c-suite leadership and team development, succession planning, and leadership/talent pipeline advisory.

Samantha also worked as an Executive & Team Coach at the UCLA Anderson School of Management starting from 2014. Additionally, Samantha has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where they served as an L&D Leader and Leadership Development Consultant at Amgen from 2009 to 2012.

Throughout their career, Samantha has also held leadership positions at Gap Inc., CherryRoad Technologies Inc., and Dimension Data, focusing on executive development, talent management, and change management.

Before that, they worked in human capital consulting and project management roles at Towers Watson and Aon Hewitt, where they served clients in the Fortune 100.

Samantha Wasserman has a diverse education history. Samantha obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Communications from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Continuing their education, Samantha pursued a Master's program in Economics at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 1996 to 1997. During that same period, they also attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, specializing in Organization Effectiveness and Labor Economics as part of their MA in HRIR degree.

In addition to their academic achievements, Samantha has obtained several certifications. Most recently, in November 2021, they completed the Fearless Organization Psychological Safety certification from the Fearless Organization. In February 2021, they became a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching. Samantha also holds certifications in various assessment tools and coaching methodologies.
