Rebecca Aced-Molina

Rebecca Aced-Molina, MA PCC, is a seasoned professional in leadership coaching, mentoring, and organizational development, with a career spanning over two decades. As the founder of their own coaching and consulting practice since 2001, Rebecca specializes in change management, strategic planning, and performance improvement. Since 2017, Rebecca has co-facilitated the highly regarded Interpersonal Dynamics course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and has provided training for nonprofit leaders at CompassPoint Nonprofit Services. In a faculty role at Leadership that Works, Rebecca contributes to an internationally accredited coaching training program.
