Head of Enterprise Customers at LeadFamly

Jacqui Maclean has had a varied and successful career in customer service and marketing. In 2014, they began their career as a Service Leader at The University of Hull, where they managed a team of 10 rotational staff and provided feedback to higher management. In 2016, they took on the role of Customer Relations and Marketing at The Seasons Art Class, where they were responsible for retaining existing students and launching a Social Media presence. In 2017, they became the first Customer Success Manager in the UK for Freshworks, where they proactively engaged with customers to drive greater business value. In 2019, they joined Playable (formerly Leadfamly) as the Head of Enterprise Customers and Enterprise Delivery Director / Regional Manager, Customer Success Europe. In this role, they worked with key international accounts to ensure the successful implementation and usage of the Leadfamly platform, and managed and scaled the Customer Success team in Europe.

Jacqui Maclean attended the University of Hull from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Politics.
