Katarina Odsbjerg has held a variety of roles in the past decade. Katarina began their career in 2005 as a PR and Marketing Manager for Goodwill ApS. In 2015, they became a Client Manager at s360. In 2019, they were a Digital Project Manager l Scrum Master l Consultant at Pentia. Currently, they are a Global Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager at Playable (formerly Leadfamly).

Katarina Odsbjerg obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Scandinavian Languages and Literature from Aarhus University in 2009. Katarina then went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Scandinavian Languages and Literature from Aarhus University, which they completed in 2013. In 2014, they completed two courses from RM Academy - Social Media Manager and Online Marketing Manager. Katarina also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Universidad de Granada in 2010. In 2019, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
