Malene Marker has over 20 years of work experience. Malene began their career in 2000 as a Sales Coordinator at Ecco Seafood A/S. In 2004, they moved to Bianco Footwear A/S as a Sales Assistant. In 2006, they joined Dansk Supermarked as a Category Coordinator - Accessories, where they were responsible for negotiations, calculations, and purchases of bags, socks, and winter accessories. In 2008, they became a Project Manager at 727 Communication a/s, where they managed a graphic production team and developed marketing strategies for various clients. In 2014, they joined BESTSELLER as a Regional E-Commerce Manager, where they were responsible for rolling out VERO MODA on 17 markets. In 2017, they became an International E-Commerce Manager at COZE AARHUS A/S, where they helped to establish an online presence on the B2C market. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Manager at Playable (formerly Leadfamly).

Malene Marker began their educational journey in 1995 when they attended Frederikshavn Gymnasium & HF and earned their Studentereksamen in 1998. Malene then attended Frederikshavn Handelsskole and earned their International HH at Pecs University, Hungary in 2000. In 2001, they attended Nordjyllands Erhvervs Akademi and earned their Markedsføringsøkonom in 2003. In 2004, they attended London South Bank University and earned their Bsc, BA, Business Administration in 2005. Finally, they attended Aalborg University and earned their Master in International Business Economics/International virksomhedsøkonomi in 2007.
