Amber Pagano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amber is currently the Vice President of Account Management at Lead Healthstaff, where they previously held the position of Senior Account Manager. Prior to that, they worked at AMN Healthcare as a Senior Sales Account Manager - MSP Account Manager, responsible for maintaining client communication, providing solutions for staffing challenges, and analyzing market data. Amber also gained experience at Advanced Travel Nursing as a Senior Account Manager, managing relationships with hospitals and expanding the brand. Amber started their career as a Junior Account Manager and Account Management Support Specialist at Rise Medical Staffing, where they maintained job order databases, supported senior managers, and created training resources. Additionally, Amber has experience as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, a Youth Camp Coach at Portland Timbers, and a Nanny. Amber was also a Student Athlete at Portland State University, where they demonstrated strong teamwork, discipline, and time management skills.

Amber attended the university from 2009 to 2013. Following that, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued their BSN/ESS degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Concordia University. Prior to their B.S. degree, they studied Pre-Nursing Studies at Portland State University from 2009 to 2013.
