Dan Nitsch

Dan Nitsch has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Dan began their career as a Fitness for Duty Supervisor at Shaw Group, where they successfully implemented and supervised the FFD program at the V.C. Summer New Nuclear Project.

In 2015, Dan joined CB&I as a Security Compliance Specialist, where they introduced a Nuclear Compliance approach to the Security department. This led to the department operating efficiently and the third-party Security Company meeting their contractual obligations.

Dan then joined Westinghouse Electric Company in 2016 as an AA/FFD, Security Program Manager/Access Control Supervisor. Dan demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by successfully navigating through critical issues and implementing a major process change that saved time and money for the project.

In 2019, Dan moved to US Bio-Chem Medical Services as an Account Manager. Dan effectively managed client accounts and contributed to the company's success.

Most recently, Dan joined Leading Solutions, LLC in 2020 as the Wing Drug Detection and Reduction Program Manager. Dan is currently in this role, where they are expected to provide strategic direction and support for the implementation of drug detection and reduction programs.
