Account Executive:
Project Management
Schedule meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
Create project timeline and outline
Present project proposal details to the client
Monitor all stages of projects and campaigns to ensure completion and accuracy
Create status reports throughout the duration of the project to present to clients and peers
Create and continually update client profiles
Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
Maintain close communication with clients to comprehend their needs and specifications
Collaborate with colleagues to design creative campaigns or other projects according to the standards discussed with the clients
Ensure projects are kept within the allocated budget
Ensure all pieces of the project are being completed by the appropriate department
Liaison with graphic designers to create print and digital advertisements
Liaison with social media team to create copy and content
Liaison with website developers to create website and hosting updates
Liaison with Analytics team on Search and UX to improve clients analytics results

Use networking techniques in order to attract potential clients
Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients
Prepare, review and finalize project proposals
Negotiate budgets and deadlines
Create quotes that outline project details and timeline
Operations
Assist Operations Director with determining new processes that need to be implemented
Assist Operations Director with creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures
Schedule and attend meetings across-departments to ensure all processes are accurately represented
Assist Operations Director with creating and documenting departmental and process-oriented flow charts
