Anna Baker has a long and varied work experience in the marketing and communications field. Anna began their career in 2012 as a Corporate Communications Intern at CenterPoint Energy, where they were responsible for drafting and editing various internal publications. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Intern at PROS, where they researched and compiled information for spreadsheets and collaborated on composing and editing headlines and content for internal documents. In 2015, they joined Baker Botts as a Coordinator of Digital Communications and a Media Relations/Communications Assistant, where they oversaw the survey and ranking program and maintained the database for upcoming surveys. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Birkman as a Marketing Specialist, where they contributed to every part of the company's marketing strategy from content and social media creation to SEO and website design and strategy. In 2021, they joined Leadr as a Marketing Manager, where their greatest accomplishment was creating the current version of leadr.com, including all of the content currently on the site.
Anna Baker has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies from Texas A&M University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2014. Anna has also obtained several certifications, including Data Visualization for Marketers and Excel: Analyzing Your Marketing Performance from LinkedIn in October 2019, Birkman Certified Professional from Birkman in September 2018, Hubspot Marketing Software and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in September 2018.
