Caio Eduardo Gonçalves Speglich has held a variety of roles since 2014. Caio Eduardo began their career as an Intern at STUSEG Consultoria e Corretagem de Seguros in 2014. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of Customer Success at Leadster, where they managed a team, product, retention program, NRR, customer engagement, and utilized SenseData, Mixpanel, Delighted, and Appcues. Under their leadership, the company grew 300% in 2021 and 2022.

Caio Eduardo Gonçalves Speglich has a varied educational background. Caio Eduardo graduated from Faculdade de Tecnologia Termomecanica in 2016 with a degree in Business Management. Caio Eduardo then went on to obtain a Nanodegree in Marketing Digital from Udacity in 2017. In 2020, they earned a Nanodegree in Udacity Mentorship from Udacity and is currently enrolled in a Graduation in Psychology at Universidade Positivo, which they are expected to complete in 2025. In 2022, they will complete a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Neuroeducação from Descomplica.
