Michelle Hines has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Michelle started their career in 2000 as a Mortgage Training Specialist/Loan Counselor at Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. After that, they worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Regions Bank from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, Michelle served as a Credit Analyst at Wells Fargo Preferred Capital and then moved on to become a Senior Private/Business Loan Underwriter at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance - Manufacturer & Dealer Fina until 2018. From 2018 to the present, they worked as an Underwriting Officer at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance - Middle Market Vendor. Michelle's most recent position is as a Vice President and Senior Credit Analyst at LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc. starting in 2023.

Michelle Hines began their education at Mount Ayr High School, where they attended from 1989 to 1993.
