Jake Broerman

Jake Broerman has a diverse work experience, spanning over 15 years. Jake currently holds the position of SVP, Product Management at Leaf Home, a role they began in January 2024. Prior to this, from May 2023 to December 2023, they were the SVP, Integration and Operational M&A at the same company.

Before joining Leaf Home, Jake worked at Associated Materials for a significant portion of their career. Jake started as a Management Trainee in 2006 and steadily moved up the ranks. Their roles included Regional Credit Manager, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Director of Pricing / Director of Pricing, Vice President & General Manager of Installation Services, and finally, Senior Vice President & GM of Installation Services.

Jake successfully implemented a Project Management tool that improved cycle times and achieved a higher ROI than projected. Additionally, they led initiatives to increase revenue, optimize pricing, centralize functions, and promote team engagement.

Jake Broerman earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Marketing from Bowling Green State University from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy & Leadership from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2015 to 2016.
