Hailey Reese

Hailey Reese began their work experience in 2018 as a Talent Management Analyst Intern at Bedrock Detroit, where they worked until 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they also served as a Computational Math Teaching Assistant at Michigan State University. In 2020, Reese worked as an Education Professional at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness. Hailey then joined Verano in 2021, starting as a Business Intelligence Analyst and progressing to roles such as Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Science Lead, and eventually Data Science Manager. Reese joined Leaf Trade in 2022 as a Data & Pipelines Consultant, and they currently hold the position of Data Analytics & Architecture Manager.

Hailey Reese completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Michigan State University from 2016 to 2020. Hailey also pursued two minors during the same period, one in Computer Science and another in Computational Math, Science, and Engineering. Prior to their university education, Hailey attended Regina High School in Warren, MI from 2012 to 2016. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google Skill Shop, completed a Learn SQL Course from Codecademy, achieved certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Excel from Maven Analytics, and completed the Data Visualization with Tableau Specialization from the University of California, Davis.
