Nate’s focus on the clients’ experience as LeafTech’s Chief Operating Officer drives him to search for ways to improve customer service and client satisfaction every day. He takes this challenge to obtain perfection head-on each day, knowing that perfection is impossible but hoping to catch excellence along the way.
