Cathy Switzer

Cathy Switzer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer support. Currently serving as a League Certified Instructor at the League of American Bicyclists since September 2018, Cathy previously held the position of Director of Customer Support at FileMaker Inc., an Apple subsidiary, from September 1999 to February 2015. Additional experience includes roles as Technical Support Manager and Technical Support at Claris Corporation from February 1991 to September 1999, and General Manager positions at Computer Plus, Velvet Turtle, and Houlihan's Old Place. Cathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a focus on Hotel and Restaurant Management, from the University of Denver, earned between September 1975 and March 1979, and attended King George V School from 1969 to 1975.
